The HCET HC01/6AP is a precision-engineered bimetal motor overload protector designed for critical circuit protection in automotive systems and industrial appliances. Combining current sensitivity with ambient thermal response, this compact safeguard prevents motor burnout by tripping within 4-10 seconds of overload conditions (1-45A range). The patented bimetal actuator ensures rapid response to both electrical overloads (up to 28A/250V AC) and temperature spikes (30-180℃ customizable).
Ideal for automotive window regulators, windshield wiper motors, and home appliances requiring UL-grade protection. Custom terminal configurations (opposite/same insert) and wire options available for seamless OEM integration.
